To respect the time and resources of the Alliance, meetings will begin exactly on time. Incomplete pre-consultation steps will result in a rescheduled session.
Pre-Consultation Requirements
To ensure our strategy session is productive, please have the following ready:

Signed Mutual NDA: Access to the Aegis Vault requires a signed non-disclosure agreement. This protects your intellectual property and mine.

The 'Pain Point' Audit: A brief list of the top three operational or legal hurdles you are currently facing. Be specific; "vague problems" lead to "vague solutions."

Historical Context: If you are moving away from a previous entity or partnership, have your existing formation documents or contracts available for review.

Operational Metrics: Current monthly overhead and revenue targets for the next six months. We build on data, not 'Instalove' optimism.

Undistracted Presence: This is a high-level consultation. Please ensure you are in a quiet environment where you can speak freely and take notes.
